Common use of Client Records Clause in Contracts

Client Records. 7 25.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and 8 complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided 9 under the terms of this Agreement in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR. 10 25.2.2 All client records related to services provided under the 11 terms of this Agreement shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five 12 (5) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement or until all 13 pending COUNTY, State and Federal audits are completed, whichever is later. 14 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, upon termination of this Agreement, 15 CONTRACTOR shall relinquish control with respect to client records to COUNTY 16 in accordance with Subparagraph 43.2. 17 25.2.3 COUNTY may refuse payment for a claim if client records 18 are determined by COUNTY to be incomplete or inaccurate. In the event client 19 records are determined to be incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been 20 made, COUNTY may treat such payment as an overpayment within the provisions of 21 this Agreement.

In the event client 19 4 records are determined to be incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been 20 5 made, COUNTY may treat such payment as an overpayment within the provisions of 21 6 this Agreement.

In the event client 19 7 records are determined to be incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been 20 8 made, COUNTY may treat such payment as an overpayment within the provisions of 21 9 this Agreement.

Client Records. 7 25.2.1 27 20.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and 8 28 complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided 9 (CDB1015) 24 of 37 (9-29-142-27-15) 1 under the terms of this Agreement in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR. 10 25.2.2 2 20.2.2 All client records related to services provided under the 11 3 terms of this Agreement shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five 12 4 (5) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement or until all 13 5 pending COUNTY, State and Federal audits are completed, whichever is later. 14 6 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, upon termination of this Agreement, 15 7 CONTRACTOR shall relinquish control with respect to client records to COUNTY 16 8 in accordance with Subparagraph 43.2. 17 25.2.3 37.2. 9 20.2.3 COUNTY may refuse payment for a claim if client records 18 10 are determined by COUNTY to be incomplete or inaccurate. In the event client 19 11 records are determined to be incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been 20 12 made, COUNTY may treat such payment as an overpayment within the provisions of 21 13 this Agreement.
