5 26.2.2 16 24.2. 2 CONTRACTOR shall keep all COUNTY data provided to 17 CONTRACTOR 6 during the term(s) of this Agreement for a minimum of five (5) years 18 from the date of final payment 7 under this Agreement, or until all pending 19 COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, 8 whichever is later.
