Common use of Client Records Clause in Contracts

Client Records. 9 25.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and 10 complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided 11 under the terms of this Agreement in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR. 12 25.2.2 All client records related to services provided under the 13 terms of this Agreement shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five 14 (5) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement or until all 15 pending COUNTY, State and Federal audits are completed, whichever is later. 16 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, upon termination of this Agreement, 17 CONTRACTOR shall relinquish control with respect to client records to COUNTY 18 in accordance with Subparagraph 43.2.
