Client Responsible for Communications Actually Authorized. Regardless of whether or not Bank complied with the Security Procedures, any Communication received by Bank will be treated as Client’s and will bind Client if the Communication is delivered to Bank directly or indirectly by any Authorized Representative (as defined below), or if Client would otherwise be legally bound by the Communication, regardless of whether the Communication was erroneous in any respect or that any loss would have been prevented if Bank had complied with the Security Procedures.
