Common use of Client undertakes Clause in Contracts

Client undertakes. 2.2.1 at all times to maintain the level of margin specified in the Facility Letter or any other level of margin determined by SHKOS from time to time (“Margin”), either by paying to SHKOS sufficient monies or by depositing (or procuring the deposit of) sufficient securities with SHKOS; and
