CLIENT'S CONTRACT MANAGER. Client's Contract Manager shall act as the primary liaison between Client and Contractor's Account Manager and shall have overall responsibility for directing all of Client's activities hereunder and shall be vested with all necessary authority to fulfill that responsibility.
