Common use of Client’s Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

The Client gives each declaration and warrant provided in art. 35.2 in favor of BCR, to completing any other declarations and warrantees given by him within any Convention, considering that BCR concluded the Contractual Documentation essentially based on each of such declarations and warrantees.
