Common use of Client’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Client’s Responsibilities. (a) Client agrees to advise Consultant regarding Client's Project requirements and to provide all relevant information, surveys, data and previous reports accessible to Client which Consultant may reasonably require. The above periods of presumed reasonableness shall be extended where information reasonably required is not within the custody or control of Client but must be procured from others.
