CLINICAL AND PERSONNEL. 21 A. The qualification and experience of key personnel proposed to perform the services solicited by 22 this Agreement are of critical importance. All personnel assigned to the performance of the services, will 23 be closely monitored and evaluated throughout the term of the Agreement by OCEMS. Before 24 Agreement start date, CONTRACTOR must demonstrate that all Emergency Medical Technicians 25 (EMT’s) assigned to the Orange County EOAs are certified and possess an Orange County Ambulance 26 Driver Attendant License.
