Animals and Pets. Tenant agrees to be bound by all provisions of the Landlord’s Chapter House Rules, and the Constitution, By-laws, and House Rules of the Beta-Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma governing pets. No pets of any kind shall be kept anywhere on the premises except for one “house dog.” The “house dog” shall be kept by one member approved by the Chapter and kept in a designated room. This paragraph notwithstanding, licensed service dogs shall be permitted on the premises if such licensed service dogs are needed by Tenant or Tenant’s invitees.
