CLINICAL SUPPORT OF THE INSTALLATION. New version upgrade or update installation shall take place during standard coverage hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time, excluding Philips observed holidays. Philips will perform the clinical support of the installation (“Go-Live Support”) and clinical configuration of the upgraded software with like for like workflow functionality for new version and updates that Customer is entitled to receive under this Agreement, at a time mutually agreed to by Philips and the Customer. Scope, duration and delivery methodology of the clinical support of the installation or clinical education (if purchased separately) will vary by type of upgrade. If Customer requires installations not provided in the Agreement’s entitlements, installation support, or clinical services, or if services are not included with the agreement, then Philips will provide such installation or services to Customer at Philips then current labor and material rates.
