Clinical Trials; No Exclusive Relationship. Subject to Section 4.3, as applicable, nothing in this Agreement shall (i) prohibit either Party from performing Clinical Trials relating to its own Product, either individually or in combination with any other compound or product, in any therapeutic area or (ii) create an exclusive relationship between the Parties with respect to any Product.
