Clipping Removal. During each cycle grass clippings that are not uniformly distributed and detract from the appearance of the mowing operation, will be removed from the job site by the Contractor, upon completion of the mowing operation to allow for a neat and clean appearance of the area. The Contractor will remove and dispose of all grass clippings from the pavement, fence lines, sidewalks, curbs and curb inlets located within the limits of the maintained roads. The cost of grass clipping removal will be included in the unit price bid for mowing. The grass clipping removal will be performed in conjunction with the mowing cycle. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to maintain the inlet openings free from the debris generated during their right-of-way mowing operation. Grass clippings will not be blown into drains or storm drain inlets. Failure to adhere to this will result in the Contractor, at his/her own expense within two (2) working days, jetting out these pipes and drains or reimbursing the County for the clean-up effort carried out by County personnel.

  • Graffiti Removal Graffiti is detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the community in that it promotes a perception in the community that the laws protecting public and private property can be disregarded with impunity. This perception fosters a sense of disrespect of the law that results in an increase in crime; degrades the community and leads to urban blight; is detrimental to property values, business opportunities and the enjoyment of life; is inconsistent with the City’s property maintenance goals and aesthetic standards; and results in additional graffiti and in other properties becoming the target of graffiti unless it is quickly removed from public and private property. Graffiti results in visual pollution and is a public nuisance. Graffiti must be abated as quickly as possible to avoid detrimental impacts on the City and County and its residents, and to prevent the further spread of graffiti.

  • Snow Removal Only the right of way will be plowed in the parking lots. Licensee is responsible for removing snow around his/her own vehicle (without causing damage or inconvenience to any other vehicles lawfully on the Premises).

  • Trash Removal The Licensee shall remove trash from the Cafeteria anytime that waste canisters are full or not less than once after every meal; whichever is greater. Any alteration to this provision must be directed in writing by the Licensing Officer.

  • OIG Removal of IRO In the event OIG has reason to believe the IRO does not possess the qualifications described in Paragraph B, is not independent and objective as set forth in Paragraph E or has failed to carry out its responsibilities as described in Paragraph C, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing regarding OIG’s basis for determining that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix. Indivior shall have 30 days from the date of OIG’s written notice to provide information regarding the IRO’s qualifications, independence or performance of its responsibilities in order to resolve the concerns identified by OIG. If, following OIG’s review of any information provided by Indivior regarding the IRO, OIG determines that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing that Indivior shall be required to engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix. Indivior must engage a new IRO within 60 days of its receipt of OIG’s written notice. The final determination as to whether or not to require Indivior to engage a new IRO shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG.   • Resignation and Removal The Trustee may at any time resign and be discharged from the trust hereby created by giving written notice of resignation to the Master Servicer, such resignation to be effective upon the appointment of a successor trustee. Upon receiving such notice of resignation, the Master Servicer shall promptly appoint a successor trustee by written instrument, in duplicate, one copy of which instrument shall be delivered to the resigning entity and one copy to its successor. If no successor trustee shall have been appointed and have accepted appointment within 30 days after the giving of such notice of resignation, the resigning Trustee may petition any court of competent jurisdiction for the appointment of a successor trustee. If at any time the Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.07 and shall fail to resign after written request for its resignation by the Master Servicer, or if at any time the Trustee shall become incapable of acting, or an order for relief shall have been entered in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding with respect to such entity, or a receiver of such entity or of its property shall be appointed, or any public officer shall take charge or control of the Trustee or of the property or affairs of the Trustee for the purpose of rehabilitation, conversion or liquidation, or the Master Servicer shall deem it necessary in order to change the situs of the Trust Estate for state tax reasons, then the Master Servicer shall remove the Trustee and appoint a successor trustee by written instrument, in duplicate, one copy of which instrument shall be delivered to the Trustee so removed and one copy to the successor trustee. The Holders of Certificates evidencing in the aggregate not less than 51% of the Voting Interests represented by all Certificates (except that any Certificate registered in the name of the Seller, the Master Servicer or any affiliate thereof will not be taken into account in determining whether the requisite Voting Interests has been obtained) may at any time remove the Trustee and appoint a successor by written instrument or instruments, in triplicate, signed by such holders or their attorneys-in-fact duly authorized, one complete set of which instruments shall be delivered to the Master Servicer, one complete set of which shall be delivered to the entity or entities so removed and one complete set of which shall be delivered to the successor so appointed. Any resignation or removal of the Trustee and appointment of a successor pursuant to any of the provisions of this Section shall become effective upon acceptance of appointment by the successor as provided in Section 8.09.
