Trash Removal. MNSCU shall provide the Leased Premises with a means or system of waste or trash disposal. Consistent with Minn. Stat. 16B.24, subd. 6(d), MNSCU shall provide space for recyclable materials. MNSCU shall provide recycling services at its expense.
Trash Removal. Renter understands there is NO DUMPING of trash on the property or in the dumpster(s) located on the property. The dumpster(s) on the lot are for office personnel and on-site management use ONLY. Renters are authorized and encouraged to use dumpster(s) for incidental trash disposal of reasonable quantity. If Owner is charged for any additional fees, you will be held responsible for all charges incurred. If we are charged by the City of Burlington, Code Enforcement and a fine is incurred for these items left on our property, this fine will be your responsibility. We will deduct this amount from your damage deposit if you haven't paid in full prior to your vacating the apartment.

Noise in the Property must be kept to a reasonable level as not to cause a disturbance to the neighbors or general public. In no event may the maximum occupancy (as listed on this agreement) be exceeded without written consent. We have noise monitoring devices inside and outside of the home that will alert our team of excessive noise.
