CLOSE-OUT OF OUTSTANDING CLAIMS. The Construction Manager shall thoroughly investigate any claim, whenever asserted or received, and provide the Owner with a detailed explanation of the claim, the circumstances under which it arose, and whether it is meritorious. The Construction Manager shall provide services to resolve any outstanding claims against the Owner by any member of the Construction Team or by anyone else as a result of any act or omission of any member of the Construction Team and to close-out contracts.
