Closed Shelter / No Advertising. Trinity Center agrees and acknowledges that the shelter program described throughout this Agreement is to be a “closed shelter” and that Trinity Center is prohibited from promoting or marketing the program except to those members Trinity Center already serves. Trinity Center shall use its reasonable best efforts to inform other social service agencies throughout Contra Costa County in writing, with copies provided to the City, that given the “closed” nature of the shelter, no referrals will be accepted, unless written authorization is provided by the City.

  • No Advertising Influencers will not, as a part of the Influencer Content produced for any Brand program advertise, market, or otherwise promote any other product or service in which Influencer or any Influencer affiliates have an ownership interest or other financial interest, directly or indirectly.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Signs and Advertising Tenant may, at its own expense, install and operate necessary and appropriate identification signs on the Premises, subject to the approval of Director and the requirements of the TI Guide, including but not limited to, the approval of the number, size, height, location, color and general type and design. Such approval shall be subject to revocation by Director at any time.
