Closing Cost Grant. (a) Subject to all of the terms, covenants, conditions, warranties and representations contained in this Agreement, the Foundation agrees to provide a Closing Cost Grant to Buyer in the form of a grant in the principal amount of $ . The Buyer is not required to repay or reimburse the Closing Cost Grant to the Foundation.
