Closing Date Mortgages; Closing Date Mortgage Policies; Etc. Collateral Agent shall have received from Company and each applicable Subsidiary Guarantor: (i) Closing Date Mortgages. Fully executed and notarized Mortgages (each a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGE" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGES"), duly recorded in all appropriate places in all applicable jurisdictions, encumbering each fee or leasehold Real Property Asset listed in Schedule 4.1G annexed hereto (each of the foregoing a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTY" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTIES");
