Closing Deliveries of the Lenders. At the Closing, each Lender shall deliver the following, all of which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Company:

Closing Deliveries of the Lenders. Prior to the Closing, the entire principal amount specified opposite such Lender's name on Exhibit A attached hereto shall be delivered to the Escrow Agent (hereinafter defined) by wire transfer in immediately available funds or by certified check or personal check in accordance with the wiring instructions or mailing instructions, as applicable, set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto.
