Clothing Allowances. A. Upon selection as a detective, and annually thereafter on the anniversary date of selection, detectives will receive a clothing allowance of six hundred dollars ($600). B. Upon selection for the Executive Protection Unit (EPU), and annually thereafter on the anniversary date of selection, employees will receive a clothing allowance of seven hundred dollars ($700).

Clothing Allowances. 16.01 The Employer will provide uniforms and other items of clothing, as specified, to employees engaged in the occupations listed below. Where rainwear is specified, cold weather clothing shall be substituted on proof of need.

Clothing Allowances. Maintenance and custodial workers will be furnished with four uniform shirts annually. Uniforms containing a County logo remain the property of the County and shall be returned at separation of employment. A uniform allowance of $100.00 per year shall be provided to Maintenance workers to purchase additional clothing and shall be paid as wages. The uniform allowance shall be paid on the pay period including November 1. The Employer will provide protective clothing (e.g., plastic aprons) for use by clerical workers to preclude undue wear or damage to clothing while operating office equipment. For Maintenance Division employees, the County will pay up to $75.00 every twelve months or $125.00 every two years, towards the purchase of approved safety shoes, if safety shoes are required to be worn on the job.
Clothing Allowances. (a) The Gallery shall provide to designated Food and Beverage personnel, full uniforms consisting of two (2) pairs of pants, three (3) shirts and outer uniform requirements. It is understood that said uniforms are for the sole and exclusive use by these employees in the performance of their duties in the Gallery. Clothing Allowances. Uniformed employees shall receive a three hundred ($350) dollar allowance for the purchase of required uniforms and equipment during the first year and (400.00) four hundred dollars each year thereafter for the term of this Agreement. Additionally, each of said employees shall annually receive in February of each calendar year, a five hundred ($500) dollar reimbursement for cleaning of uniforms. The foregoing amounts shall be prorated on a monthly basis for employees working less than the full year. The items of personal property and clothing which may be bought with the clothing allowance for uniformed employees includes, but is not limited to the following: Pants Parka (patrol only) Short sleeve shirt(s) Name tags Belts Spring/Fall coat Winter coat Summer hats and acorns Rain coat/hat cover Tie clip/bar Winter hat Boots/winter or summer Ties (paratrooper/survivor style) Shoes Sweater/woolly pulley (Corfram or plain black leather) All leather gear Long sleeve shirt(s) Handcuffs Nightsticks/ASP Baton OC spray/holder Flexcuffs Flashlight/accessories Bullet proof vest/covers Leather safety gloves Dickies/turtlenecks Prior to purchasing nightsticks/baton, and/or OC spray, an employee must be trained by the department to carry and use said equipment.
