CM/GC Field Work. 11.4.1 The CM/GC or its Affiliate may provide CM/GC Field Work required to complete the Project with its own forces, without the necessity of subcontracting such work. 11.4.2 Except as provided in Article 11.4.1, any other portion of the Work proposed to be performed by CM/GC or any Affiliate, including without limitation provision of any materials, equipment, or supplies, shall be subject to the provisions of Article 11.5.
