COSTS EXCLUDED FROM COST OF WORK. The following shall not be included in the Cost of the Work: Construction Manager at Risk's capital expenses, including interest on the Construction Manager at Risk's capital employed for the Work. Any cost associated with the Project not specifically and expressly described in Article 8. Costs due to the fault or negligence of the Construction Manager at Risk, Subcontractors, suppliers, anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or for whose acts any of them may be liable. Related to COSTS EXCLUDED FROM COST OF WORK

  • Subcontract Costs Payments made by the Construction Manager to Subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the subcontracts.

  • Cost of the Work § 6.1 For purposes of this Agreement, the Cost of the Work shall be the total cost to the Owner to construct all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect and shall include contractors’ general conditions costs, overhead and profit. The Cost of the Work also includes the reasonable value of labor, materials, and equipment, donated to, or otherwise furnished by, the Owner. The Cost of the Work does not include the compensation of the Architect; the costs of the land, rights-of-way, financing, or contingencies for changes in the Work; or other costs that are the responsibility of the Owner.

  • Excluded Services All Coverage Types Except as otherwise noted or determined Medically Necessary by EOHHS, the following services are not covered under MassHealth and as such are not covered by the Contractor.

  • Included Services If any services, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement are an inherent, necessary, or customary part of the Services or are required for proper performance or provision of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, such services, functions, or responsibilities are deemed to be included within the scope of the Services to be delivered for the Charges, as if such services, functions, or responsibilities were specifically described in this Agreement.
