Any item not specifically listed in Section 8.1 is not a Cost of the Work including without limitation the following: 9.1.1 Salaries and other compensation of the CM/GC’s personnel stationed at the CM/GC’s principal office or offices other than the site office except as allowed under Articles 8.2.2 and 8.2.3. 9.1.2 Expenses of the CM/GC’s principal office and offices other than the site office. 9.1.3 Any overhead and general expenses, except as may be expressly included in Article 8. 9.1.4 CM/GC’s capital expenses, including interest on the CM/GC’s capital employed for the Work. 9.1.5 Rental cost of machinery and equipment, except as provided in Article 8.5.2 9.1.6 Any cost associated with the Project not specifically and expressly described in Article 8. 9.1.7 Costs due to the fault or negligence of the CM/GC, Subcontractors, suppliers, anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or for whose acts any of them may be liable. 9.1.8 The cost of correction of any repair work, nonconforming or defective work or warranty work. 9.1.9 Merit, safety, or other incentive payments, bonuses or awards, or any expenses in connection therewith, except as provided in Article 8.

  • Cost of Work For the Work described in Section 3 of this Agreement, Contractor shall receive the sum of exceed Seventy-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($74,500) payable in accordance with the Schedule of Payments, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (Scope of Work and Payment Schedule). Any terms other than a description of the work to be performed, costs of the work, or the payment schedule contained in Exhibit A is null and void and not a part of this Agreement.

  • Cost of the Work § 6.1 For purposes of this Agreement, the Cost of the Work shall be the total cost to the Owner to construct all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect and shall include contractors’ general conditions costs, overhead and profit. The Cost of the Work also includes the reasonable value of labor, materials, and equipment, donated to, or otherwise furnished by, the Owner. The Cost of the Work does not include the compensation of the Architect; the costs of the land, rights-of-way, financing, or contingencies for changes in the Work; or other costs that are the responsibility of the Owner.

  • Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.

  • Operation Delays STATE shall have the authority to delay or suspend the operations of PURCHASER and contractors of PURCHASER, wholly or in part, under this contract for such period or periods necessary due to fire hazard conditions, severe weather occurrence, surveying for threatened or endangered species listed under the state or federal Endangered Species Act, or any other activity STATE determines to be necessary for identification, management, or protection of a threatened or endangered species. PURCHASER agrees to cooperate with surveying efforts of STATE or its contractors. In no event shall STATE be liable for any costs incurred by PURCHASER by reason of delay or suspension under this section, including but not limited to costs of additional move-in/move-out of equipment and personnel, extra fire and equipment security, and insurance or bonding expenses.
