CNA Special Audits. The Commission must be alert to conditions that would warrant a special quality audit. If the Commission determines a special audit is required because the level of performance for any of the four (4) performance objectives, or any other significant performance requirement, is below an acceptable performance requirement, the Commission may initiate a special quality audit. If a special quality audit is initiated, the CNA will receive a minimum of sixty (60) calendar day notice before the special audit is conducted.
