Co-Exhibitor. (1) The Exhibitor (excluding those to whom the first-time exhibitor registration fee shall apply) may use the Exhibition Space allocated thereto jointly with a Co-exhibitor or Co-exhibitors (up to 2 Co-exhibitors) or allow a Co-exhibitor or Co-exhibitors to use a part of such Exhibition Space if it indicates the name of such Co-exhibitor on the prescribed exhibition application form it submits to IBPC-OSAKA and IBPC-OSAKA approves it; provided, however, that even in such a case, the Exhibitor shall nonetheless use the Exhibition Space itself and may not allow the Co-exhibitor exclusive use of all of the Exhibition Space. (2) In the case set forth in the main clause of the preceding Paragraph, the Exhibitor shall be fully responsible for any acts committed by the Co- exhibitor(s), deeming any acts committed the Co-exhibitor(s) as acts committed by the Exhibitor. .

Co-Exhibitor a legal or natural person who participates in an exhibition or trade fair and displays its products and services at the exposition stand rented by the Main Exhibitor, whose name has been entered in clause 6 of the registration sheet/participation contract, who pays the participation fee of a Co-exhibitor in an equal part with the Main Exhibitor, and whose data are published in the official catalogue of the event. A Co-exhibitor shall be liable for the performance of the obligations set out in the general and particular registration sheet/participation contract of the Trade Fairs Centre of Tartu Näitused.   • USE OF NASA NAME AND NASA EMBLEMS A. NASA Name and Initials Partner shall not use "National Aeronautics and Space Administration" or "NASA" in a way that creates the impression that a product or service has the authorization, support, sponsorship, or endorsement of NASA, which does not, in fact, exist. Except for releases under the "Release of General Information to the Public and Media" Article, Partner must submit any proposed public use of the NASA name or initials (including press releases and all promotional and advertising use) to the NASA Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications or designee ("NASA Communications") for review and approval. Approval by NASA Office of Communications shall be based on applicable law and policy governing the use of the NASA name and initials. B. NASA Emblems Use of NASA emblems (i.e., NASA Seal, NASA Insignia, NASA logotype, NASA Program Identifiers, and the NASA Flag) is governed by 14 C.F.R. Part 1221. Partner must submit any proposed use of the emblems to NASA Communications for review and approval.

  • SINGLE BARGAINING UNIT The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement. The form and operation of this single bargaining unit will be subject to this Agreement.
