Common use of Co-Insurance Clause in Contracts

Co-Insurance. If on account of the failure of Tenant to comply with the provisions of this Article 9 Landlord is deemed a co-insurer by its insurance carrier, then any loss or damage which Landlord shall sustain by reason thereof shall be borne by Tenant, and shall be paid by Tenant within five (5) days after receipt of a bill xxxrefor.

Co-Insurance.
