Common use of CO-OPERATION TO EXPEDITE TRANSFER Clause in Contracts

CO-OPERATION TO EXPEDITE TRANSFER. 10.1. The Purchaser will sign all documents necessary to effect transfer of the Property and return same and all other documents, resolutions, certificates and payment of the bond registration costs and fees as determined by the Transferring Attorneys, to the Transferring Attorneys within 5 (Five) Business Days after having been requested to do so, in writing.

CO-OPERATION TO EXPEDITE TRANSFER. 10.1. The Purchaser will sign all documents necessary to effect transfer of the Property and return same and all other documents, resolutions, certificates and payment of the bond registration transfer costs and fees as determined by the Transferring Attorneys, to the Transferring Attorneys within 5 (Five) Business Days after having been requested to do so, in writing.

The Purchaser will sign and return all documents documents, resolutions, certificates, etc. necessary to effect transfer of the Property Property, and return same and all other documents, resolutions, certificates and make payment of the bond registration transfer costs and fees as determined by the Transferring Attorneys, to the Transferring Attorneys Attorneys, within 5 (Five) Business Days after having been requested to do so, in writing.
