Common use of Co-Syndication Agents and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Co-Syndication Agents and Documentation Agent. Neither the Co-Syndication Agents nor the Documentation Agent shall have any duties or obligations under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, express or implied.
