Common use of Co-Syndication Agents and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Co-Syndication Agents and Documentation Agent. Neither the Co-Syndication Agents, Documentation Agent, nor the Arrangers in their capacity as such, shall have any obligation, responsibility or required performance hereunder and shall not become liable in any manner to any party hereto. No party shall have any obligation or liability, or owe any performance, hereunder, to the Co-Syndication Agents or Documentation Agent, each in their capacity as such.
