Common use of Coastal Fees Clause in Contracts

Coastal Fees. As compensation for the Coastal Services, Aspiration shall also pay to Coastal the amounts shown on Schedule 6.2 hereof in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Schedule 6.2 or as otherwise agreed to in writing between Aspiration and Coastal. Schedule 6.2 may be updated from time to time by written agreement of the Parties. The compensation on Schedule 6.2 is in addition to fees set forth in Section 6.1.

Coastal Fees. Schedule 6.2 6.4 may be updated from time to time by written agreement of the Parties. The compensation on Schedule 6.2 is in addition to fees set forth in Section 6.1.
