COASTAL MANAGEMENT. Subrecipient acknowledges and agrees that any Project that may impact a Coastal Natural Resource Area must be consistent with the goals and policies of the Texas Coastal Management Program as described in 31 Texas Administrative Code, Part 16, Chapter 501.
