Common use of COASTAL MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

COASTAL MANAGEMENT. Subrecipient acknowledges and agrees that any Project that may impact a Coastal Natural Resource Area must be consistent with the goals and policies of the Texas Coastal Management Program as described in 31 Texas Administrative Code, Part 16, Chapter 501. Subrecipient must provide Monthly Activity Status Reporting at the site level for all sites identified in the Performance Statement and Budget (Attachment A) and relevant to the milestones therein. The Report is due the first day of each month for the duration of the Contract. Submit the report via email to: XX.Xxxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx.
