Contractor undertakes, as a condition of its engagement, to adhere to principles and standards of business conduct consistent with those set forth in CP’s Code of Business Ethics, which is available for viewing at xxx.xxx.xx. CP shall provide a copy of the Code of Business Ethics to Contractor upon request.
