Coercion, Intimidation, Solicitation. The Union agrees that it will not coerce or intimidate any employee regarding Union membership or activity subject to the provisions of SectionSection 4.1. Unless specifically permitted herein, the Union agrees further that there shall be no solicitation of employees for Union membership, payment of dues, or conducting of Union business on the University's time.
