Common use of COLIFORM INVESTIGATION Clause in Contracts

COLIFORM INVESTIGATION. An investigation conducted by Partners and is a more detailed and comprehensive examination of a water system (including the system’s monitoring and operational practices) than a Level 1 Coliform Investigation. Minimum elements include those that are part of a Level 1 investigation and additional review of available information, internal and external resources, and other relevant practices. Sanitary defects are identified and a schedule for correction is established.
