Common use of Collateral Information Clause in Contracts

Collateral Information. Upon request of Agent, a certificate of one of the duly authorized officers of the Borrower (i) either confirming that there has been no change in the information set forth in the perfection certificate executed and delivered to the Agent on the Closing Date since such date or the date of the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to this Section and/or identifying such changes, and (ii) certifying that all UCC financing statements (including fixtures filings, as applicable) and other appropriate filings, recordings and registrations have been filed of record in each governmental, municipal and other appropriate office in each jurisdiction identified pursuant to clause (i) above (or in such certificate) to the extent necessary to effect, protect and perfect the security interests under the Security Documents for a period of not less than 18 months after the date of such certificate (except as noted therein with respect to any continuation statements to be filed within such period);

Collateral Information.
