Common use of Collateral Locations Clause in Contracts

Collateral Locations. Except as disclosed in accordance with Section 4.1(g), all of such Grantor’s locations where Collateral having a value in excess of $500,000 is located are listed on Exhibit A. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (a) which are leased by such Grantor as lessee and designated in Part VII(b) of Exhibit A and (b) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Part VII(c) of Exhibit A or, in each case, as disclosed in accordance with Section 4.1(g).
