Common use of Collateral Locations Clause in Contracts

Collateral Locations. On the Closing Date, all of such Grantor’s locations where Inventory is located (except for Equipment or Inventory in transit, that has been sold (including sales on consignment or approval in the ordinary course of business), that is out for repair or maintenance or any Collateral with a value less than $1,000,000 in the aggregate) are listed on Schedule 7. All such locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (i) which are leased by the Grantor as lessee and designated in part (b) of Schedule 7 and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in part (c) of Schedule 7.
