Collecting Solid Waste or Source. Separated Recyclable Materials in the Service Area with a vehicle that is not part of the dedicated fleet for the City, without the prior written approval of the Administrator, shall result in the imposition of an assessment of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per vehicle per Operating Day.
