GENERAL SCOPE OF CONTRACTOR'S DUTIES AFTER COMMENCEMENT DATE. This section describes the general scope of the Contractor's duties under this Agreement. The general requirements in this Section are supplemented by the specific requirements in the other sections of this Agreement. Subject to the conditions contained herein, the Contractor shall: Collect and transport all of the Residential Waste, and Commercial Waste, generated by Customers in the ; Collect and transport all of the Residential Solid Waste & Recycling, Multi- Family Solid Waste & Recycling and Commercial Solid Waste, generated by Customers in the City; and City’s non- exclusive C&D and Source Separated Recovered Materials Contractor for residential and commercial properties. Collect and transport all of the Residential Solid Waste & Recycling, Multi- Family Solid Waste & Recycling and Commercial Solid Waste, generated by Customers in the Service Area. Provide Collection Service for the City’s ’s facilities and pProperties; Deliver all of the Solid Waste and Source Separated Recovered Material it collects pursuant to this Agreement to Designated Facilities; Pay the applicable Solid Waste Tipping Fees for Commercial and Multifamily Residential Customer at the Designated Facilities.; Set disposal rates at 130 lbs per ton for loose yard; 3.5 X verti pak for compaction? Comply at all times with the requirements in this Agreement and Applicable Law; Provide all labor, services, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Contractor's work under this Agreement; and Perform all of its work and satisfy all of its obligations under this Agreement at Contractor's sole expense, in exchange only for the payments by the City and Customers that are expressly authorized herein. 7.1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL COLLECTION SERVICE AT CURBSIDE 7.1 .1 Garbage, Bulk Waste, White Goods, Recyclable Materials, and Yard Waste shall be collected at Curbside one (1) time each week on the same day. 7.1.1 Garbage and Recyclable Materials, shall be collected at Curbside one (1) time each week on the same day in the City of Gainesville.   • Commencement of Services The Consultant shall begin carrying out the Services from the Effective Date or from such other Date specified in the SC.

  • General Scope of Services Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to the City all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the services necessary for the Project ("Services"). The Services are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Agreement, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Permission to Leave Work The Employer agrees that stewards shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with in any way in the performance of their duties, while investigating disputes and presenting adjustments as provided in this Article. The Union recognizes that each xxxxxxx is employed by the Employer and that they will not leave their work during working hours except to perform their duties under this Agreement. Therefore, no xxxxxxx shall leave their work without permission of their supervisor, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.

  • Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.
