Collection Action. If Lottery initiates collection action on behalf of the State to collect any money due by Retailer under this Contract, Retailer agrees to reimburse the Lottery Fund through payment to Lottery of all Lottery court costs, statutory interest, attorney fees, collection agency fees, and any other disbursements incurred in the collection process.
