Collection and appropriation of revenue by the Operator. 9.1.1 With effect from the Handover Date till the Transfer Date, the Operator shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect, revise and appropriate revenues from the sale of products (the “Project Revenue”) in accordance with Good Industry Practice and more particularly in terms set out under this Agreement. 9.1.2 The Operator shall be free to decide on the sale price for the products produced from the Project subject to applicable laws. 9.1.3 The Operator shall be and remain solely liable and responsible for the collection of revenues from the Project in accordance with this Agreement.
