Collection from End Users. If Customer resells Services to any third party end user, Customer must pay its invoice to Sprint in full and may not deduct from its Sprint invoice any amounts that it cannot collect from such end users.

Collection from End Users. TechSoup shall be solely responsible for the collection of any amounts due from End Users for the ordering of Products. TechSoup shall bear all risks of non-payment by End Users. TechSoup may only facilitate the distribution of Products after receiving payment from End Users.

Alliance Connect may not deduct from the amounts it owes to Windstream on its Windstream invoice any amounts that it cannot collect from its end users, including any billing adjustments or credits that Alliance Connect grants end users, and including any amounts that are uncollectible as a result of fraudulent usage or practices by end users.
