Collection Site/Laboratory. A. Both the collection site and laboratory performing testing under this Article shall be mutually selected by the City and the Lodge and shall be certified under the DHHS "Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs," as said Guidelines are in effect on January 1, 2005.
