Collective Industrial Relations. The employer is committed to collective agreements and does not support non-union agreements or Queensland Workplace Agreements. The parties to this agreement acknowledge that structured, collective industrial relations will continue as a fundamental principle. The principle recognises the important role of the union in the workplace and the traditionally high levels of union membership in the workplaces subject to this agreement. The parties to this agreement support constructive relations between the parties and recognise the need to work co-operatively in an open and accountable way.
