College Approval Clause Samples

The College Approval clause establishes that certain actions, decisions, or agreements within a contract are subject to the formal approval of a college or its designated representatives. In practice, this means that before proceeding with specific activities—such as entering into partnerships, making significant purchases, or implementing new programs—the relevant parties must obtain written or documented consent from the college's governing body. This clause ensures institutional oversight and control, helping to prevent unauthorized commitments and maintain compliance with the college's policies and objectives.
