Common use of College Board or CSO General Policies Clause in Contracts

College Board or CSO General Policies. on Public School Academies Shall Apply. Notwithstanding any provision of this Contract to the contrary, and with the exception of existing College Board or CSO policies regarding public school academies which shall apply immediately, College Board or CSO general policies clarifying procedure and requirements applicable to public school academies under this Contract, as from time to time adopted or amended, will automatically apply to the Academy, provided they are not inconsistent with provisions of this Contract. Before issuing general policies under this Section, the College Board or the CSO shall provide a draft of the proposed policies to the Academy Board. The Academy Board shall have at least thirty (30) days to provide comment to the CSO on the proposed policies before such policies shall become effective.
