College Counselors. The workweek for counselors assigned to the colleges includes an average of thirty-five (35) assigned hours per week (semester basis), which shall constitute the regular contract workload, and a minimum of five (5) hours per week of professional services for other campus/district related professional activities where the Unit Member’s participation is not assigned by the Immediate Management Supervisor.
