College Degree. When a labor category requires a specific degree for a particular program, only degrees from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education will be considered as meeting this requirement. This includes Associates, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degrees. Accreditation is not required when using degrees to substitute for years of experience. See section 3.6.5 for applicable definitions.
