College definition

College means, as the case may be, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the College of Midwives of Ontario and/or the College of Nurses of Ontario;
College means further education colleges and sixth-form colleges as established under the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 and institutions designated as being within the further education sector.2 It relates to their responsibilities towards children who are receiving education or training at the college. It excludes 16-19 academies and free schools (which are required to comply with relevant safeguarding legislation by virtue of their funding agreement).
College means any college in the South Carolina Technical College System.

  • An employee holding a Temporary Class Certificate of Registration upon presenting proof of current General Class Certificate of Registration by the College of Nurses of Ontario shall be given the salary of the registered staff nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of sitting the certification examination or the date of last hire, whichever is later.

  • If the Facilities incur any loss or damage as a result of the User’s use, User’s negligence or willful conduct or that of the User’s employees, agents or invitees, the College will repair and/or replace damaged or lost property as required to restore it to its condition before the damage or loss, and will invoice the User for the cost, due and payable upon receipt.
