COLLEGE OF TEACHERS’ COMPLAINTS. 29.01 If a Teacher is the subject of an investigation by the College of Teachers and the College of Teachers has determined that no disciplinary action is required, no report/record of the investigation by the College of Teachers shall be included in the personnel file of the Teacher.

COLLEGE OF TEACHERS’ COMPLAINTS. 29.01 a) If a Teacher and/or Occasional Teacher is the subject of an investigation by the College of Teachers and the College of Teachers Board has determined that no disciplinary action is required, no report/record of the investigation by the College of Teachers shall be included in the personnel file of the Teacher and/or Occasional Teacher. b) Notwithstanding any determination by the College of Teachers, any action against the Teacher and/or Occasional Teacher by the Board shall be taken in accordance with the terms of the Collective Agreement.
